These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) apply to your subscription to the Premium Service of NovelOny (the “App”), purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing.
We currently offer auto-renewable subscription plans, such as weekly subscription. Additional plans (including monthly, yearly, or promotional offers) may be introduced in the future.
The App may provide certain features supported by advertising. Subscription unlocks additional premium features and/or removes certain limitations, as displayed in the App.
We do not currently guarantee a free trial period. If a free or discounted trial is offered in the future, it will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You authorize Apple to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.
Canceling will disable future renewals, but you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
All payments are processed by Apple. Any refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We do not directly process refunds.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, subscription prices may be adjusted in the future. If pricing changes occur, Apple will notify you in advance. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
